    Egyptian, Libyan and Sudanese leaders continued their summit talks ion Cairo on Saturday (7 November) by considering tactics to be employed during the new 90-day Suez Canal ceasefire. They also discussed ways of bolstering their economic and cultural relations.

    Heads of State taking part in Saturday's discussions were President Sadat of the United Arab Republic, Colonel Muammar Gaddafi of Libya and General Jaafar El Nimeiry of Sudan. The summit is the fourth in a series agreed on by the three nations last December.

    The talks were scheduled to end today (Sunday, 8 November) with a decisive meeting devoted to problem of the Arab Eastern Front against Israel. The Palestine Commando leader, Yasser Arafat, was expected to join these discussions. Developments in Jordan since September's clashes between Government troops and Guerrillas were expected to figure prominently.

    Before Saturday's session at the Sheraton Hotel, Colonel Gaddafi stopped to talk to a 12-year-old boy from Suez who has painted portraits of the Arab Heads of State.
