    THE PRIME MINISTER OF SWAZILAND, PRINCE MAKHOSINI DLAMINI, HAS BEEN HAVING TALKS IN LUSAKA WITH ZAMBIA'S PRESIDENT KENNETH KAUNDA ON MATTERS AFFECTING THEIR TWO COUNTRIES. PRINCE DLAMINI ARRIVED IN ZAMBIA AT THE START OF A WEEK-LONG OFFICIAL VISIT YESTERDAY (MONDAY).

    PRINCE DLAMINI IS ACCOMPANIED ON HIS VISIT BY A DELEGATION OF FIVE, INCLUDING THE SWAZILAND MINISTER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY, MR. SIMON NXUMALO.

    THE PRINCE WAS WELCOMED AT LUSAKA AIRPORT BY PRESIDENT KAUNDA AND ZAMBIAN GOVERNMENT MEMBERS. A 19-GUN SALUTE GREETED THE PRIME, WHO INSPECTED A GUARD OF HONOUR MOUNTED BY THE ZAMBIAN ARMY.

    WELCOMING HIM, PRESIDENT KAUNDA SAID THE PEOPLE OF ZAMBIA VALUED SWAZILAND'S FRIENDSHIP AND TRUSTED THE LEADERSHIP OF THE PRINCE.

    PRINCE DLAMINI, IN A BRIEF SPEECH, CONVEYED TO ZAMBIA GREETINGS FROM THE KING OF SWAZILAND.

    REFERRING TO THE COLOURFUL WELCOME CEREMONY, HE SAID THAT AS THE PEOPLE OF ZAMBIA SHOUTED OF UNITY AND ONE-NESS, HE, TOO, SANG AND SHOUTED WITH THEM.

    THE PRINCE IS DUE TO OPEN THE LUSAKA AGRICULTURAL SHOW ON SATURDAY (9 AUGUST).
