    DURING THE TALKS THE RUSSIAN LEADER SAID THE SOVIET UNION HAD STOPPED MAKING STRATEGIC BOMBERS AND SURFACE WARSHIPS BECAUSE OF THEIR "TOTAL VULNERABILITY."
    MR.WILSON SAID THE SOVIET LEADER DESCRIBED BRITISH AND FRENCH NUCLEAR BOMBER FORCES AS "OF NO MILITARY SIGNIFICANCE".ON THE QUESTION OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS FOR WEST GERMANY MR.WILSON SAID MR.KHRUSHCHEV "WAS AS CONCERNED AS WE WERE ABOUT THE EXTENT TO WHICH GERMAN PARTICIPATION IN A MULTILATERAL OR MIXED MANNED FORCE MIGHT WHET THEIR APPETITE TO BECOME A FULL NUCLEAR POWER".

    ON THE DISARMAMENT QUESTION MR.WILSON SAID THE RUSSIAN LEADER WOULD HOLD OUT NO HOPE OF A COMPLETE NUCLEAR TEST BAN IN THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.BRITAIN, RUSSIA AND AMERICA WILL GE TOGETHER IN MOSCOW NEXT MONTH FOR HIGH-LEVEL TALKS TO PRESS THE TEST BAN ISSUE.
