    A DRAFT RESOLUTION BEFORE THE DELEGATES ASKS FRANCE TO STATE CLEARLY WHETHER SHE CONSIDERS HERSELF COMMITTED TO GIVE UNRESERVED MILITARY AID TO HER SIX WEU PARTNERS. THE WEU INCLUDES THE SIX COMMON MARKET COUNTRIES AND BRITAIN.

    THE DRAFT WAS SUBMITTED AS NEGOTIATIONS OPENED AT THE SAME TIME IN BONN BETWEEN FRANCE AND WEST GERMANY ON THE FUTURE STATUS OF 70,000 FRENCH TROOPS IN WEST GERMANY AFTER THEY LEAVE THE NATO COMMAND ON JULY 1ST.
