    AT THE AIRPORT, THE UN OFFICIAL WAS WELCOMED BY REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NEW AFRICAN PEOPLE'S PARTY, A BREAKAWAY MOVEMENT FROM THE KENYA AFRICAN NATIONAL UNION LED BY MR KENYATTA. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT MR NOEL HAS MANY FRIENDS AMONG THE ASIAN COMMUNITY.

    FROM KENYA, SIR MUHAMMAD IS EXPECTED TO GO ON TO TANGANYIKA, UGANDA AND MOZAMBIQUE BEFORE RETURNING TO NEW YORK.
