Background: American aided five generator power plant was ignited by the US and Cambodian representatives with convoys and VIPs. Five diesel generators produce 10,500 KW a half of power which PNH city needs. These fives generators cost five million US dollars. These generators arrived PNH Aug. 11 and completed to install 11/40. When insurgents troop attacked the power plant on Sent 25 this year, the power plant lost a generator.
