    Background: All the rulers of the United Arab Emirates gathered in Dubai earlier this month to watch traditional horse and camel racing - among the most spectacular sports of the Arab world.

    Among the dignitaries attending the meeting was the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al-Nuhayyan. Also there was the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Rashid Bin Said Al Maktoom - and the former ruler of ??? ??? Ahmed Bin Ali Al-Thani.
