    Powered by 1,200cc 2 cylinder Indian engines, eight miniature racing cars bussed round the Deutschlandhalle Stadium in West Berlin at speeds nearing 90 mph. The 1/4 mile course was a figure 8 type with sweeping and hair-pin bends.

    Conducted in accordance with the usual European car facing regulations, the strong-hold of this sport is Beris, where the International Championship was record in April this year.

    Outstanding driver in Berlin was Jose Behra, brother of the world-famous sports car driver, Jean Behra. He swept the board to win the GrandPrix der Deutschlandhalle.
