DURING THE INTERVIEW HE GAVE VERY DEFINITE VIEWS ON THE QUESTION OF THE PROJECTED DIALOGUE WITH SOUTH AFRICA AS RECENTLY PROPOSED BY DR. VORSTER.

    THAT SAME EVENING HE TOLD REPORTERS AT A PRESS CONFERENCE IN THE GHANAIAN HIGH COMMISSION THAT HE "WAS GETTING VERY TIRED" OF BEING ASKED THE QUESTION AND THAT HE DID NOT WISH TO ANSWER ANY MORE ON THE SUBJECT - BUT EARLIER HE HAD THIS TO SAY:
