    Mr. B.P. Koirala, leader of the Socialist Nepal Congress Party, heads the Cabinet which will govern for six weeks on an interim constitution By when the country's full constitution should be completed.

    Equally as revolutionary as this, the first elected Parliament, is Mrs. Dwarka Devi Thakurani, the first woman to hold a high position in the country. She is a Deputy Minister.

    In a broadcast to the nation Mr. Koirala said that India and Nepal were inseparable. He asserted that Nepal would not align herself with any power bloc nor give up her long-standing neutrality.

    His government had placed agricultural reforms, light industrial development and health improvements at the head of list its list.
