  • Description

It is a sound interview with the two crewmen of the American shrimp boat shot up by Cuban MIGS yesterday. Man to left is Benjamin Washington. Man to right is Paris Jackson, skipper of the 67-foot boat Ala, which was disabled and in the Florida Straits when it was attacked by three Migs. The Migs fled when U.S. Marine jet fighters approached. The Ala was drifting for three days with engine trouble when the Cuban jets attacked, but they did not hit the shrimp boat, rather shot fore and aft.
