    AFTER THE MEETING PRESIDENT BONGO TOLD REPORTERS: "THERE ARE NO SPECIFIC PROBLEMS BETWEEN GABON AND FRANCE, WHICH OCCUPIES AND IMPORTANT PLACE IN THE GABONESE ECONOMY."
    IT WAS UNDERSTOOD THAT IN TOASTS EXCHANGED DURING LUNCH, PRESIDENT DE GAULLE ASSURED M. BONGO THAT FRANCE WOULD CONTINUE HE "DETERMINED AND APPROPRIATE COOPERATION WITH GABON."
    M. BONGO ARRIVED IN PARIS ON TUESDAY, ON AN OFFICIAL VISIT. IN AN ADDRESS TO FRENCH BUSINESSMEN YESTERDAY HE APPEALED FOR MORE PRIVATE INVESTMENT IN HIS COUNTRY. HE PROMISED THAT HIS GOVERNMENT WOULD CARRY ON THE ECONOMIC POLICIES OF THE LATE PRESIDENT MBA, FROM WHOM HE TOOK OVER LAST NOVEMBER.
