  • Description

IN KALAMAZDO, MICHIGAN, A GRIPPING COURT-ROOM DRAMA WAS ACTED OUT. AND THE DEFENDENT MANAGED TO GET OFF WITH A LIGHT SENTENCE, EVEN
THOUGH TWELVE OUR OF FIFTEEN WITNESSES TESTIFIED THAT HE IS VICIOUS AND CAN'T BE TRUSTED.

BUT JUDGE CLARK OLMSTEAD (CQ) DECIDED TO BE LENIENT WITH THE ACCUSED -- A YEAR OLD GERMAN SHEPHERD NAMED "BLITZ."
NEIGHBOURS SAID HE HAD BEEN BITING THE NEIGHBOURHOOD CHILDREN.

HIS OWNER SAID HE WAS REALLY GENTLE. "BLITZ" PLEADED HIS OWN CASE BY NUZZLING AGAINST HIS HONOR AND ALLOWING HIS EARS TO BE SCRATCHED.

JUDGE OLMSTED (CQ) FINALLY WILTRD. HE DECIDED TO LET "BLITZ" LIVE. BUT HE DECIDED THAT THE DOG HAD TO BE SENT TO A COUNTY FARM AND CONFINED, SO HE WOULDN'T BE TEMPTED TO NIP AGAIN.
