Background: The Minister of Foreign Trade of the USSR N.S. Patolichev and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan Z.A. Bhutto signed on the 7th of April in Moscow an Agreement about commodity circulation between the two countries in 1965-1967 and a Protocol about supplying to Pakistan Soviet Machinery and equipment.
The Agreement allows to widen Soviet-Pakistan trade in 1967 up to or three times as in comparison to 1965.
The signing of the stated documents creates a favourable basis for the further development of trade relations between the USSR and Pakistan.
S.K. Romanovsky, the Chairman of the State committee of the USSR Council of Ministers for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, and the Minister of Foreign Affaires of Pakistan Z.A. Bhutto signed on the 7th of April in Moscow the program of cultural and scientific exchange between the USSR and Pakistan in 1965.
