    Making her first formal comments on the Indo-Pakistan summit meeting at Simla, India's Prime Minister, Mrs Indira Gandhi told a press conference in New Delhi on Wednesday (July 12) that the agreement reached with President Bhutto was a worthwhile beginning between the two countries in the quest for peace.

    But she added that where India and Pakistan went from this point depended on many things, and that Pakistani prisoners captured in the war last December would not be returned until India was assured of people.

    A reporter at the conference asked Mrs Gandhi what either of the two countries had gained from the agreement....
