    SENATOR GOLDWATER HAS TAKEN A FIRM STAND IN THE SENATE AGAINST THE RATIFICATION OF THE PARTIAL NUCLEAR TEST BAN TREATY.YESTERDAY (MONDAY) HE PROPOSED THAT REMOVED HER TROOPS AND WEAPONS FROM CUSA.HIS SUGGESTION WAS REJECTED.
