    TODAY'S CEREMONY WAS CONDUCTED BY THE ACTING SIERRA LEONE HIGH COMMISSIONER TO BRITAIN, DR. A.M.KAMADA. DR. KAMADA HANDED OVER THE KEYS AND DOCUMENTS FOR THE TANKERS TO MR. S.KATILUNGU, THE ZAMBIAN HIGH COMMISSIONER WHO ACCEPTED THE GIFT ON BEHALF OF HIS GOVERNMENT.

    DR. KAMADA SAID THAT THE SIERRA LEONE PEOPLE SYMPATHISED WITH ZAMBIA IN THEIR DIFFICULTIES IN TRYING TO TACKLE THE TRANSPORT PROBLEM CAUSED BY THE RHODESIAN SITUATION. MR. KATILUNGU REPLIED THAT THE GIFT WAS THE FIRST REAL PRACTICAL MEASURE OF SUPPORT ZAMBIA HAD RECEIVED FROM HER "COMMONWEALTH SISTERS".
