    Background: The Turkish Prime Minister Mr. Adnan Mandres continued his short one day visit to Delhi by laying a wreath at the Samadhi of Mahatma Gandhi. He had a good nights rest immediately after his arrival. He seemed prepared for the busy day before he left for home today afternoon. After placing a wreath at the Samadhi of Mahatma Gandhi, he straight drove to the residence of India's Vice President Dr. Radha Krishnan and had talks with him for half an hour. From here he went and watched the proceedings in the two houses of the Parliament of India. Mr. Mandres left India in the early afternoon after his lunch. He was seen off at the airport by Mr. Nehru, Cabinet Colligues, three services chiefs and the diplomats. The three services turned out smartly for the guard of honour which was presented to him.
