SHERIF:"From now on, the Palestinian masses, the Palestinian revolution, will evaluate the stand of each Arab regime according to the following: first of all, the active use of the oil, Arab oil, in the battle against Arans' Israeli enemy. We will demand that Arab oil-producing countries should use this out in the battle because it is one of the most important weapons we have. Second. we will ask all Arab countries to mobilise its military forces with capacity, economic and political, in order to be used in the battle against Israeli enemy. Because we believe there is no other way to liberate Jerusalem, or to liberate Palestine, without of forces in that respect should be the aim of all Arab official sources. Third, we will demand that all Arab regimes should support the progressive forces in the Lebanon in order to fight back all the plans of the fascists and their allies, the Zionists, to control Lebanon and to turn it into a submissionist state ruled by reactionaries."
Khalil al-Wazir also contended that two prisoners on hunger strike in an Israeli prison had died after their captors tried to force-feed them.
