    Background: The Ottawa Coliseum, where workmen are setting the stage for next week's National Liberal Convention. Some fifteen-hundred delegates will gather here for the first convention hel by the Liberals since nineteen-forty eight, a only the fourth in party history. By the tim it's over on Thursday evening, January sixtee delegates will have chosen a new national leader to succeed Louis St. Laurent. To date, four men have announced they'll contest the leadership: Lester B. Pearson, Paul Martin, Mayor Don Mackay of Calgary and Mayor H. Llo Henderson of Portage La Prairie. The winner will address the convention --and a national radio and TV audience--on the final night.
