Kamana, President of the United Nations Council for Namibia, has accused South Africa of continuing to expand its military presence in Namibia and of plundering the natural wealth of the territory. And South West African People's Organisation spokesman, Mishake Muyongo says his group's still prepared to talk to the government of South Africa.

    SYNOPSIS: (MUTE) Both men were speaking on the debate on Namibia in the United Nations Special Committee on Decolonisation, on Friday ( 25 February).

    Mr. Muyongo stressed SWAPO must take part in any talks.
