Richard Jarczyk, Nazi Spy
23 April 1945 in the Florian-Geyer athletic ground in Kitzingen, a town in the German state of Bavaria, a Nazi spy, Richard Jarczyk is prepared for execution by an American soldier of the US Seventh Army. Jarczyk had confessed to sabotaging equipment and killing American soldiers.

Adding to the current scant detail for clip 8, the prisoner shown is Lieutenant Enrique Despaigne, who was charged with 53 murders while a member of the Batista regime which was overthrown by Fidel Castro. Castro himself features within the clip.

For clip 7 regarding the Turco-Italian war known in Italy as the Guerra di Libia " Libyan War" was fought between the Ottoman Empire and Italy between 1911-1912. These executed men are not Turks but local irregular Libyan soldiers loyal to the Ottoman Empire.
