The vehicle doing the pulling, (Reg. No. KD 9168), is a Scammell 100-ton Tractor, in the livery of Marston Road Services. (The vehicle is now housed at the British Commercial Vehicle Museum).
The locomotive being transported is ex-NWR 2-8-0 engine Number 2654.
