Full title reads: "Brooklands. World's Fastest Race. Count Czaykowski in a Bugatti wins the 'Battle of the Giants' of the race track, for the British Empire Trophy."
Brooklands, Surrey.
Cars speed around the banked racing track at Brooklands. Good natural sound of car engines and squealing...

The race seen here took place on 1 July 1933.
"Count Czaykowski" was Stanis?aw Czaykowski. Sadly he was to die just 2 months later during a crash at the Italian Grand Prix.
Czaykowski is seen racing at 00:36 - he's driving car No. 1, a Bugatti T54.
The racing sequences are possibly from the India Trophy Handicap Race, held on the same day (the race numbers and car types do not tally with the British Empire Trophy race entry). Perhaps the cameraman failed to get decent shots of the main race.
Czaykowski is seen in his British Empire Trophy winning 4.9-litre Bugatti T54 - No.1 - at the end of the film, but the car seen earlier racing as No.1 is not a Bugatti.
