CU cosmonaut Major Yuri Gagarin sitting in the hall and signing autographs. Two shots inside the hall with all the delegates seated. VS delegates making speeches, including Rameshvari Nehru, John Bernal (British representative) and Nikita Khruschev (Secretary of Soviet Communist Party) (last speech in natural sound).
