    Molineux, Wolverhampton.

    GV. Soviet football team Spartak kick-off, wearing dark jerseys and light shorts - they playing against Wolverhampton Wanderers. GV. Crowded stadium. SV. Voroshilov, No 10, racing through towards Wolves' goal. Beats Bill Slater, fires a shot which goes wide. CU. Men in crowd. SV. Swinbourne, footballer No 9, tries a back-heel but Russian defender intercepts it, slices his clearance. Spartak end. LV. Sliced clearance coming out to Leslie Smith who centres. SV. Ball dropping through air, a header forces Piraev to dive to save. Acrobatic save. He clears. LV. Voroshilov chasing ball followed by Billy Wright. Just as it looks like a goal, Wright tackled brilliantly. Wright is hurt and lies on ground. Simonyan fires a shot which goes over bar. SCU. Russian in crowd. SV. Simonyan taking throw-in. Receives ball back again, combines nicely with Tatouchine and works ball up-field. Raid broken up. SV. Crowd applauding. Half time - no score. SV. Sedov and Hancocks having a duel for ball until Sedov is penalised by referee Griffiths for unfair charge. Two players shake hands. SV. Russians watching from crowd. LV. Ball from Bill Shorthouse. Free kick, sailing through air, Piraev fails to punch clear, harassed by Swinbourne. Wilshaw forces ball into net. Wolves players leap for joy and congratulate. STV. Crowd cheering. SV. Wolves pile on pressure in the last few minutes. SV. Wilshaw racing through defence, draws goalkeeper Piraev out, dribbles round him and then delays shot with open goal before him, and is robbed by Russian defender. Ball for corner. LV. Hancocks taking corner, right wing, which Spartak clear. SV. Wolves defenders sending ball back up-field. LV. Hancocks racing through to score. SV. Crowd cheering. LV. Swinbourne chasing a pass from Hancocks, he fastens onto it, shoots and scores from 20 yards. STV. Crowd cheering. LV. Crowds still attacking. Hancocks shoots and scores. Pan as Wolves congratulate.
