Various shots of the destruction in Kentucky State Prison. During the floods, the prisoners tried to escape and wrecked the prison. They were moved into heavily guarded tent camp. Various shots of the tent camp and the prisoners in it. Prisoners are seen walking around the camp, washing dishes, receiving food etc.
There is no mention of this item in the original paperwork for his issue. The story could belong to another issue.
