    Turin, Italy.

    Open horsedrawn carriage arrives bearing Cardinal Fossati. The Cardinal is greeted and gives the blessing sign as he walks.

    The Cardinal mounts an outdoor altar. He undergoes a ceremony where is is clothed in his new Archbishop's robes.

    Under a canopy the Archbishop parades through the streets and into the Turin Cathedral. Quick cut away to show Crown Prince Umberto, Prince of Piedmont and two women watching. LS of ceremony on Cathedral steps.

    N.B. Paperwork and other records give name as Cardinal Rossati or as Cardinal Cossati.
