  • The aircraft seen here is a Cierva C8L Mk II autogiro, Reg. No. G-EBYY.

    It should be noted that the Registration Number, shown down the side of the craft, is the wrong way round, which tells me that the film is back-to-front.

    The craft is being piloted by its inventor, Juan de la Cierva.
