Star Item
  • Description

Titles read: "Pathetone now has pleasure in presenting - That Star Pioneer of Child Impersonators - Wilson HALLETT".

    London (Pathe Studio).

Several brief shots of toddlers and babies sitting on their mothers' knees, getting ready to watch something (?).

In the studio we see Wilson Hallett doing an impersonation of a baby girl he saw at a party.
It is very spooky - he sounds just like a little girl, but looks like an old man! Much of the beginning is incoherent, then he /she talks about a woman who gave her a penny to sing 'Three cheers for the red, white and blue'. He then sings a bit of 'Rule Britannia' but can't remember any more of the words, and finally says "Ooh, I think I'm going to be sick!".
