    Full title reads: "Wilbur Wright The Bird Man Performs a 2 Hours Flight and Rises About 360 ft From The Ground".

    Intertitle reads: "The Aeroplane is Brought to the Starting Place".

    Preparation for the flight, the machine is taken to launching position on a straight launch way.

    Intertitle reads: "Getting Ready".

    Shots of three men talking, Wilbur and possibly Orville Wright. The large counterweight which helps to speed the plane along its runway is pulled up. The propellors are turned to start the engine. Wilbur Wright and another man climb into the plane to prepare. The weight drops and the plane goes along runway and takes off.

    Wilbur Wright flying at various heights back and forth across the airfield.

    Intertitle reads: "Flying 100 Feet High". Shots of plane flying fairly high.

    Intertitle reads: "Running Along The Ground". Plane flies low across the wet looking field.

    Intertitle reads: "On December 18th, 1908, Wright goes up about 360 feet from the ground passing over a balloon standing 300 feet high". Plane takes off and makes several passes.

    Cataloguer's Note: Film shows some signs of damage. It s not clear if only Wilbur or both the Wright Brothers are featured here - MD.
