People in the boats wave at people walking past dressed in Edwardian (?) costumes. A large group of tribesmen with shields and spears perform a war dance. Elephant tusks are carried and placed in front of a group of men in western dress. They drink from a gourd. Four young boys play bugles. A mock battle is staged. A group of women dance.
