    Full titles read: "WELCOME HOME ! - Mr Balfour - Veteran Statesman - whose work at the Washington Conference has been eulogised by all returns on the "Aquitania"."

    M/S's of Arthur James Balfour with other dignitaries in very regal dress and also man in naval uniform (probably the Captain of the "Aquitania").
