    Various shots of special boat motoring down river in countryside. The boat is fitted with a paddle that powers large pair of scissors under the hull. The scissors are for cutting weeds that clog up the water and get into boat's propellers. The chopped weeds are scooped out of the water by men using shovels and piled in a barge. M/S of motor launch on river.
