    Meteorological works - weather in the desert.

    A bomber takes off in the desert. M/S of sandbags surrounding a tent which is a meteorological office. A man inside notes down details from a wide area. Another man fills a balloon with hydrogen so readings can be taken of upper wind and air currents as it floats away. An instrument records surface wind speed. M/S as a man notes the temperatures. The details are put together and handed over. A wireless operator transmits them to squadrons. M/S of radio mast. Various shots of a bomber taking off.
