    Male voice duo, Walsh and Barker, sing comic song - 'The Duchess is Learning the Rumba' (Lisbon and Conner, F.D. & H). Various shots of the dapper singers in tailcoats on studio set, one plays grand piano. Song is about a Duchess who becomes so obsessed with learning to dance (and her dance teacher!) that she neglects her domestic duties leaving it all to the Duke. Music has rumba rhythm to it.
