Description
VIP's in open carriage.
Location of events unknown / unclear.
MS Prince Edward, Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII and Duke of Windsor) in carriage with three other VIP's, they all wear top hats (not very clear shot), they chat before the coach sets off.
