  • The first car seen (Reg. No. UV 6520), is a 4.5 litre Bentley.

"Mr L Pomeroy" is Laurence Pomeroy.

The "1908 Hutton" is a famed 2-seater racing car called "Little Dorrit", and was the winner of the Isle of Man TT in 1908.

"1913 Vauxhall" should read 1914 Vauxhall.

The Lanchester (Reg. No. K 6731), is a 1913 Lanchester 38hp Torpedo Tourer.

The car seen at 02:20, (Reg. No. YR 509), is a 3-litre Bentley.

Then at 02:23, the car with Reg. No. DB 6390 is an Alvis 12/50.

The event the cars were setting off for was called the VMCCA Rally (Vintage Motor Car Club of America). That event took place on 27 April 1927.
