The event featured here is the 1971 London-Brighton Historic Commercials Run.

The bus at 00:43, (Reg. No. JUB 29), is a 1928 Leyland Titan TD1.

The bus at 11:01, (Reg. No. JK 8418), is a 1939 Leyland Lion LT9.

"The people in costume are probably television presenters Mick Robertson and Jenny Hanley" - the man is actually Magpie presenter Tony Bastable. Furthermore the woman is unlikely to be Jenny Hanley, as she didn't join Magpie for another 3 years.

The fire engine they're on, (Reg. No. ED 810), is a 1914 Dennis "N" Type.

Car seen at 15:36, (Reg. No. DGU 610), is a 1927 Morris Commercial light van.
