Yul Brynner's wife's name was Doris.
"Melvin Hayes" should read Melvyn Hayes.
"Teddy" should read Teddie. "Beverly Sisters" should read Beverley Sisters.
"Winnie Attwell" should read Winnie Atwell.
"Anne Shelton" should read Ann Shelton.
There were certainly some inconsistent spellings in there. Thanks for pointing them out.
I'd like to make one correction to what 'jamied' commented on 5 March 2012.
The spelling of Anne Shelton's Christian name is Anne (not Ann)
