    Various shots of the public having fun at an open day at Andrews Airforce Base (in Maryland, United States of America). Children climb over tanks. A girl slides down the jump tower. Children dressed in combat helmets and life jackets pour out of a landing craft.

    Two 'Blue Angel' planes fly past; one is upside down. Ground level ejection is demonstrated as a pilot is shot out of his seat as a plane moves along the runway - good footage of ejector seat in action. He drifts to earth in a parachute. Crowds of people watch the display. A man with rocket equipment strapped to his back takes off and flies through the air for a short distance before coming back down to ground.
