    United States of America (USA).

    The American Coast guard service new improved Duck (DUKW) amphibious vehicle is equally at home on soft sand as it is in a rough sea. Various shots of the duck making its way over soft sand that would clog any ordinary vehicle. MS. Waves breaking shore. The end of a pier is seen on the right. Various shots of the Duck riding and cutting through heavy sea.

    Note - date found in the old record 08/04/1947. Also found in the old record - Duck should be spelled DUKW and pronounced Duck.
