    Various shots of the chaos on New York streets - halted traffic, cars, taxis, masses of people and mounted police. Strikers attack taxi drivers and smash cars.

    A man pushes white car on a police motorbike. Policeman gets off the bike and runs away. Men surround the taxi, smash windows and hit the cab driver. Mounted policeman looks on but does not do anything. Crowd pushing another car, trying to smash it.
