Full title reads: "U.S. Legion review at Cleveland and Washington [D.C.]".

    United States of America (USA).

Ex-servicemen parade through city streets. They pass several military officers and a blonde woman (celebrity?). The men march behind State banners (we see one for New York). M/S of regiment of policemen marching. Various shots of ex-servicemen and women from Ohio, they all wave sticks of corn.

Various shots of marching band, they are dressed in Native American (Red Indian) costumes. M/S of woman majorette waving a baton as she marches. M/S of father and young son, both dressed in matching military uniforms. M/S of men in World War One Uniforms forming tableaux on a float.

Various shots of very elderly ex-servicemen - probably veterans from American campaigns of late 19th century, possibly American Civil War (some of them look very ancient!).
