    Norwich, Norfolk.

Various shots of thousands of turkeys at Broadlands Turkey Farm at Old Catton. Men turn the turkeys' hay. Mary Musselwhite puts feed in a trough for the birds. Baby turkeys, known as poults, are seen.

A turkey with sinus trouble has his head cleaned by Mary and Betty Faulkner. She puts an identity ring on his leg and he is put into a pen. Another ill turkey is brought out; he has blackhead and has a pill put down his throat.

British white turkeys are fed by a man. Large Broadbreasted American Mammoth Bronze turkeys are seen. One is weighed and put into a van with several others, probably headed for the slaughterhouse.

Final shot shows thousands of turkeys milling about and making gobbly neck movements.

Note: this is now probably a Bernard Matthews turkey farm. News cutting and letter on file.
