    O'Kelly inspects the Guard of Honour. French General Souard salutes. O'Kelly sits with other dignitaries. Standard bearers carrying replicas of Irish flags carried at the battle (gift from France to Eire) march slowly towards camera. General Souard takes the Standard from bearers, then hands it to O'Kelly who doffs his hat. Standard bearers march across the square.
