This clip's current date is certainly wrong, though in all fairness I don't know exactly what it should read.
What is certain is that there's a glimpse at the end of the clip of locomotive number D233, built circa 1958. This loco changed it's number to 40033 in 1973. Therefore the footage could feasibly originate from any point between 1958-73. It doesn't look like 1970's-style film to me, though, so perhaps 1960-69 might be a sensible date range?
