    No title - Express crashes into transporter at automatic crossing, 11 die. Hixon, Staffordshire.

    M/S inside wrecked railway carriage, M/S looking from carriage to fire and wreckage. M/S men clearing the wreckage of train, pan to wreckage of large transporter. Various shots wreckage. Various shots level crossing with police stood around. M/S bar and lights, C/U lights. C/U sign 'In emergency or before crossing with exceptional or heavy loads or cattle phone signalman'. M/S people and police at crash site.

    M/S of the approach to another 'continental' style level crossing, similar to the one where the crash occurred. L/S cars coming over crossing. C/U emergency sign, pan to telephone. C/U phone. C/U stop lights flashing. L/S traffic stopping. C/U pan as barrier comes down. L/S pan as train goes through, barrier then lifts and traffic starts to pass. M/S and C/U level crossing, pan to wreckage of train and transporter. Various shots of wreckage.
