Thought to be Selected Originals from late 1940s material.

A short trailer film encouraging people to use the correct stamps when mailing abroad.

A man working in a Post Office sorting depot talks to the camera about the hold ups and costs caused by people failing to put the correct stamps on letters being sent abroad. He gets quite angry at the end.

End title reads: "Remember - The Minimum Foreign Postage rate is 3d. All the rates are in you stamp book".

Cataloguer's Note: This chap sounds very posh to be working in a GPO sorting office - MD.
