People wave at the cameraman so may well have been shot by cameraman on top of a van.
Policeman is seen briefly, directing traffic. Bus has an advert on the side: "Rove Around with Rovers," - advertising a type of travel ticket. Very high angle shot of Westminster Bridge and Houses of Parliament (from tall building?). Camera follows bus along Embankment - advert on the side is for Ty-Phoo Tea. Another bus has an advertisement for Queen Anne Scotch Whisky. The front of a Shepherd's Bush bus is filmed from a vehicle in front. A Dulwich bound bus is filmed from a vehicle in front. C/U of radiator grill of bus. Has a London Transport plaque on the front of the bus, camera zooms in on the logo. Bank of England. St Paul's Cathedral. Law courts.
